This company is really legitimate, very professional. My clock is very beautiful, and arrived early, it was packed very well with no broken parts, and with everything as advertise.

We spent 3 yrs in Germany back before Y2K. At the time we had a Black Forest CocCoo, but when we moved back to the US, it didn’t make it. Fast forward to 2021... I just got this clock as a B-day present for my husband. It is AWESOME!! He loves the timepiece, and the coocoo ( on the 1/2 hour as well as on the hour) also I’m glad we paid the extra for the 8-day movement vs the 1 day movement... much better quality and timekeeping. He says it reminds him of our time in Germany every time it chimes... totally worth it!!

Quality is superb. Great details and is perfect sizeKeeps good time. May need to do slight adjustments to fine tune timing.Great clock for the money. first impression: beautiful carving and finish on Linden wood frame. The clock is MUCH smaller than expected. I have a 24 hour clock that is twice the size. Baffles too are half the size of my other clock. Interestingly, the weights for this clock are easily 4x the size of my larger clock. so taking some adjustment of my perceptions.Clock packaging and unwrapping process is very smooth. Everything professionally done. Really super easy set up. I seem to be losing a little time, but that's on me to make the pendulum adjustment. I've only had it up two days. I am glad of my purchase as this clock will outlast me.

Like the reviews state, this is an actual real cuckoo clock and not one of those battery operated ones. You have to pull the chains with one hand and support the weights with the other very carefully so not to hurt it, because it's very fragile. And if there is one thing I learned about this is that all none battery operated cuckoo clocks, have, I think, the same problem with the birdie. You have to make sure that the wire that is over the bird, in the cuckoo clock, is below it or the cuckoo bird won't cuckoo. We would definitely purchase another cuckoo clock from this seller, because of how nice they are.

We purchased this December 30, 2022. Today is August 3, 2023. About a week ago it stopped working. It started with losing or gaining 15 minutes, then an hour, then 6…until it just quit. Nothing. We really liked this clock, and, like another review said, I’m VERY surprised there aren’t a lot more negative reviews. We didn’t mind spending his amount of money on a small clock because we thought we were getting great quality. We wasted our money on this one.

After having this clock for almost a year now I will say it well made, the packaging for shipment was great but it is impossible to regulate the time. The slightest movement of the pendulum weight causes huge changes in clock speed making it impossible to properly regulate the clock speed. I’m surprised I don’t see any negative reviews on the site, I’m sure there were a few when I purchased it. Any suggestions to improve the speed regulation from the manufacturer would be appreciated.

The ad stated it would be here in three weeks and it arrived in 7 days. Clock was exactly as described and works perfectly. This is not a cheap knock off it is the real thing.
