Leather Duffel Travel Gym Overnight Weekend Leather Bag Classic Round Handmade Eco-Friendly Bag (SQUARE DUFFEL)

I purchased this bag in May 2016 and have used it less than 5 times with always carrying it on the airplane. The shoulder strap is starting to strech and with the seams almost completely gone. The leather loops holding the shoulder strap have also been stretched where I fear it will rip and I will lose the use of the shoulder strap. Another issue I have recently run into is the interior lining is coming apart from the rest of the bag. Good size as it fits clothes well for a long weekend. However would not buy again

I am happy with 99.9% of my Amazon purchases because of my research before buying. That being said, if I could give this 0 stars I would. I am incredible mad right now. Purchased bag in March for my trip to WY his summer. Just opened it as we are packing for the trip and was overwhelmed by the stink. I have NEVER purchased a bag that stunk. Ever. I was going to move it outside to see if it would get better. When I picked it up, one of the handles was not connected. It wasn't only not connected, the leather holding it to the bag was BROKEN. I'm sure the return period is over, and I'm fuming mad! And the fumes from my anger don't compare to the stink still in the air from this hideous bag.My advice is you get what you pay for and open this up immediately to inspect it if you still purchase it after this review.

It is a beautiful bag, but the zipper broke on the first try. Ans it is expensive to send back. Very disappointed.

Looks great but on closer review, the workmanship is awful. Bag came with 2 tongues on shoulder strap, no buckle. One grip sown on backwards.Shipped in box with no wrapping or plastic. Hardware is cheap.

On the first airline trip that I took this bag, one of the handles broke as I removed the bag from the overhead compartment. The bag looks great, but it is not a quality bag. The leather is stiff and brittle. I bought this online without seeing it first. If you want to buy it, try to see it first. There's a good chance that you will make a different choice.

As for "heavy" - for all of you whiners out there :-) if you want to use it as a gym bag, stop complaining that it weghs more than a dollar bill!It is very well made out of thick durable leather, reasonably soft, but as the practice shows, it will soften and mature over teh next few weeks very nicely.Overall it is a great value for the hard-earned money. Enjoy, folks.

My bag is light brown, almost camel. The one on the ad is dark brown and lile old leather. This is like a joke. The rear strips are missing in my bag. The model is not the same. Im travelling so i cant send back the bag. A shame. Disappointing.

I really am glad I purchased this bag. like other reviews state, it does come with a strong leather smell when it first arrives. My wife put a bounce dryer sheet in every pocket and sat it outside for a few hours and that took care of the strong smell. Love the bag very soft and seems to be built very nice.

The bag looks and feels nice. Haven't packed anything in it yet and not sure how durable it will be. The smell is very strong. I've been airing it out for a few days and it hasn't dissipated yet. I've read that it might take a few weeks to bring it down to tolerable levels. I keep it outside the house, otherwise the smell permeates everything. That is the only reason I give it three stars. Otherwise, it looks and feels decent.

Thick leather but still soft and flexible.Nice stitching and high quality zippers.Highly recommend this bag!Shipping was crazy fast (10 days from India to my front door). Had to pay a $13 import fee to delivery guy upon arrival but whatever I guess...Doesn't smell bad like others have said, just smells like leather.Would buy again.

Very durable product with sufficient compartments for travelling. Even when full, it fits nicely into overhead bins on all types of aircraft except the Q400. It can carry enough clothes for three or four days travel.

As described. Appears to be well made, good quality leather. Nice lining. It did have an odor when the package was first opened but after being aired out for a few days, there is no odor now.

This bag exceeded my expectations. I really like it and it seems to be of decent quality and looks great.
