I had mild PCOD symptoms and was having periods for only 2.5 days from 5 months . I ordered it in January and had it for five days. I got my periods on time, and this time, they lasted for five days. After that, I had it daily and in February, also I got my periods on the same date, which is rare and hadn't happened in a long time. Additionally, the cramps were manageable also it helped me to control my sugar cravings and got relief in insulin resistance as well apart from this it helped in weight loss and bloating also i reduced 3 kg in a month without exercise. This tea is definitely effective and worth trying.

After using a 3months I'm writing this review. I was suffering from pcos, now my periods are regular. I have used one packet twice in a day. Worked great for me.
