Design Toscano Holiday Helper Metal Angel Statue Collection: Blanche

I chose the Angel in white dress, so cute, and will add so much to my Christmas decor.

Love this angel. Can’t wait to put her out at Christmas.

This is listed as an Angel, but it is definitely a Christmas decoration. It does say Holiday Helper. The ornament she is carrying has Santa on it and says Merry Christmas. I knocked on star because mine arrived with some gouging and tearing of the paper hip where it meets the metal wires. It isn't bad - the Angel is designed to look distressed anyway.Overall, it is a very cute and trendy decoration for the holidays. My wife loves it, as does my 8 year old daughter who wanted to take it for her room. LOL. It is about a foot tall, and isn't overly large, but also isn't tiny like some of these things when you get them and they turn out smaller than you expected. This is a good size. Overall, I'd give this a 4.5 stars for looks, but maybe 4 stars for quality control.Let's put it this way, if you are looking at it and think you would probably like it - you will probably like it - there were no "gotchas" or "disappointments" when it arrived. We were happy with it and you probably will be too unless you are VERY VERY picky. Which I would think with distressed items wouldn't matter as much anyway. We love Design Toscano and will be getting more from them for our house. It looks so rich and colorful.

Clara, a decorative angel, looks delicate but is surprisingly robust. It would actually take a child some deliberate effort in order to damage her. She is also surprisingly stable and would probably not be damaged if she fell off a table. Since she is nearly a foot tall, sje is the wrong scale to place with most nativity sets. But she would be quite decorative byherself on something like a table or a fireplace mantel.

While I selected this for my garden, she is so pretty, I decided to place her by my front door on the window sill. She has such a wonderful welcoming and kind expression. I love the holiday theme but it also passes for year round decoration. While she is 3d, she is meant to be viewed just from the front as there is no back side!

Light-weight and durable, this figurine ideal for indoors as well as sturdy enough for outdoor decorating.

This substantial decoration is quite lovely. I get very bored with decorative 'angels', but this is different and quite special. At 47cm in height, and made of iron, this is not a 'delicate' item and would work quite well in your garden, but is better I think indoors if you have the room. This has an intricate front but the sort of rear you don't want anyone to see, so is best against a wall. This would be good on a hearth or a shelving system or table, excellent in your hallway or in a large kitchen. This is clearly hand painted and I imagine that each one is subtly different. You can be fairly certain that no one else in the street will have one of these!A distinctive and solidly made decoration, that if looked after will last for years. Eye catching, a bit of a talking point! As a tip, keep the box it came in so you can store it away from year to year.

Surprisingly sturdy with a supportive ring by her feet and a metal back rod. 'Clara' is painted in a rustic/shabby chic style in mainly cream, gold and a reddy brown, all of which I liked as they are relatively neutral colours and will go with most rooms/decor styles.Simply yet attractively designed, with features such as the twirly parcel ribbon detail, her pig tails and pixie-like shoes.Perfect for indoor use (or maybe with the protection of a porch) as I don't feel I'd want to risk subjecting her to the elements (especially at the current price of £44.95!).She's large enough to be a stand alone feature on a hearth, on the floor or a low table and stands well on carpet as well as a flat surface.The only drawback for me personally would be the price, but if you are likely to get a few years of use out of her and like simple but tasteful decor you may well find her worth the initial cost.

What a fine object this is. She takes a while to get used to, but is well made (from what appears to be wrought iron) and is very stable. I see this object as a bit of fun, and on a very tall Xmas tree she could easily be on the top, as there are loops to feed a spruce stem through.From a theological point, she's hardly accurate. Slightly over-priced.

What a lovely surprise this was. I thought from the screen it was more of a hanging ornament, but it is a standing decoration and looks great on the hearth. A bit different.
