I'm very happy with this windshield cleaning tool. It arrived in great shape and well packed. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. All of the parts are good quality and work well. Cleaning the inside of a vehicle's windshield is an almost impossible task but probably easy for a contortionist. lol. If you happen to be successful at cleaning the windshield, it most likely has horrible streaks after you finish. But this AstroAI tool makes that task very simple with no need to twist and bend your body like a pretzel - and there are no streaks! I love this thing and wish I had purchased it a lot sooner. Our two vehicles now have crystal clear line of sight.

The winshield cleaner tool works great. The storage bag is about a inch or two too short.

This is a solid, simple design for cleaning the inside gunk off a windshield. The telescoping handle works well once you know how to loosen and tighten it, and the hinge for the cleaning surface works fine. But if your windshield is really dirty, and there's a lot of friction between the glass and the blue cleaning pad, it's all too easy for the pad to fall right off.I tested, and re-tested, in case I'd put the pad on wrong, but it just kept coming off with even a little pressure. Either the pad needs to be bigger so it doesn't pop off the black plastic "spade" surface so easy, or there need to be clips to hold it in place better, or something.All in all, it's better than a fistful of microfiber, but be ready to keep popping the pads back on.

Don’t quite remember when I purchased this item but twice on two different vehicles, I’ve used it no more breaking your back and it does an outstanding job. When I use it, I put a clean cat and rag over the device and it works very good. This is one of those things I would not loan to a friend of mine because I don’t want to lose it. It cuts your time down just on cleaning the windshield inside from 20 minutes to probably three minutes each side, driver and passenger and like I said no more breaking your back This thing is so handy and worth the little money I paid for it‼️

The arm gives you the reach to clean the windshield, but the microfiber pad will come off at times.
