It cannot perform task for which I purchased it, absolutely use less

Initially, I was very disappointed with this product. The juicer didn’t grind properly and stopped working altogether within just three months of use.When I contacted Rico for service, the response was slow and frustrating. It took a while for a technician to visit, and I was charged ₹250 just for the inspection, with no immediate solution. The lack of proper support left me very dissatisfied.However, after some follow-up, I did receive proper support from Rico, and they eventually replaced the product. The new unit is working fine now.Overall, my experience started off negatively, but I appreciate that Rico stepped in to resolve the issue. Still, I hope they improve their after-sales service moving forward.

Hey Rico, is this supposed to be a juicer or just a device for finely chopping fruits and vegetables? The motor’s RPM is so high that it throws out most of the material instead of extracting juice. What's the point of the strainer if the material doesn’t even stay in place to be filtered?Nearly 50% of the juice remains in the pulp that ends up in the waste bin. Are consumers expected to extract juice from the leftover pulp manually using another product?Did you test this product for functionality before launching it? This product gets a zero rating from me, and I strongly recommend NOT purchasing this juicer, regardless of the brand offering it.
