The media could not be loaded.  I really like this product! Brought as a present for my friends toddler. They both love it.Pros:-fun sensory lights and waterfall feature- reasonably priced-quick delivery and good packaging-catchy song- on/off switch on baseCons:- have to provide own batteries / fiddly screws (but screw driver provided)- I only realised when the product arrived that it is recommended for 3 years + (due to small parts - I assume wheels) but I think as long as used under direct supervision should be ok***Note- product only works when batteries are in and the whale is placed in water or on base when turned on (there is a black piece of plastic on wheels initially which you can remove for it to move around)***Would recommend and buy again.

If I could review the parts separately I’d give the whale 5 stars. It’s a great toy, good size, lights up instantly when put in water, and makes a lovely fountain.The base works well, drives about all over the place and lights up. The big downside is the ridiculously loud annoying music it plays in a constant short loop. We put batteries in on a Sunday morning and it woke the whole house (and probably the neighbours too). There is no option to turn off the music or change the volume, so I resorted to taking it apart and removing the speaker.It’s a real shame as the noise is totally unnecessary. The toy is great to play with without the incessant music

I bought this for my baby for her first birthday and boy I couldn’t have chosen more wrong! 😂 I recommend this for a slightly older child that understands a bit better or maybe only use the whale in the bath and not the piece for the floor because honestly my baby absolutely POOPED herself at it, it’s VERY noisy and the way it moves around the room makes her think it’s chasing her and it wasn’t the best experience 😂🙊 hahaha! But I’m saving the base part for when she’s a bit older hoping she doesn’t remember how it frightened the daylights out of her 😂 lol!! The lights are very pretty but it is SO loud!

My 2 year old loves dancing to the music and the flashing lights in his toy room and no issues with the whale in the bath, works fine and saves water as no need to turn on the tap to play.

It started off great even though it needed different batteries for each bit. Sound was extremely loud and no function to turn it down. It spins around the room and even manages to get itself out of corners and dead ends brilliantly. The whale came off to go in the bath which was great at first but then it seemed to get water stuck inside and kept making noises even when out of the water and this went on for days. I eventually took the batteries out and never used it since. No idea if it will work again.

Lovely, battery powered toy. Comes with screwdriver to release screws for battery installation which is a nice touch. Purchased the white one. Light inside changes colour and this shows up nicely. There isn’t a switch for the bath. You just need to set it in the water and it starts upon contact it. It stops when lifted out. It sprays water up through the top and moves around. Really good fun.There is a separate base on wheels which comes with it. The base requires its own set of batteries too. It has an in/off switch and when the whale it set on top, it moves around the room with music playing and lights flashing. Works well on tiles or wooden floor. Haven’t tried it on carpet but imagine it would struggle there.Captures the attention and simply good fun.
