You can read this book back to back or pick what is useful. I tend to use this book as a quick reference guide (QRG) for design thinking approach to problem solving.

They provide with a number of tools to analyse, ideate and conceptualise but they give a very superficial description of thebtechnique and when to use it. It can be read in 20 minutes to get the whole picture and then go to other sources to get more infor about the technique and when and howmto put it in practice.
