Great recliner for the price. I was able to assemble 2 by myself but at times I wish I had a second person to keep things aligned while I tightened up the screws. Having said that, if you have to do it alone, put all the pieces together and loosely attach all the screws, then tighten them once all the pieces are in place. It’ll save you lots of aggravation. I also recommend having a towel to place underneath the chair to avoid scratching the metal parts on a hard and/or abrasive surface. Once assembled, it was awesome to relax side by side with the Mrs. the frame is sturdy enough. It reclines to a nice comfortable position. I do wish the cushions had a zipper to remove the covers for washing. However, I did contact the seller and replacement cushions are available. We’ll see how the metal holds up in the moist salty air of San Diego.

We ordered 2 of the recliners, they were delivered quickly and assembly of one 1 recliner went smoothly. The second one had an issue with a stripped bolt hole. I contacted Olivia at Kozyard and after the exchange of a couple of pictures showing the problem, she advised they would send the replacement part within 2 days. One week later the replacement arrived and the assembly went without a problem. Olivia was very concerned about the issue and ensured that problem was taken care of quickly. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with “Customer Service” that was actually providing Customer Service.The recliner is very comfortable, the back does not lay flat when the legs are raised, which is exactly what I wanted. The seat is deep and the cushions firm but comfortable. I am 6’2” and the high back makes sitting in the chair a real pleasure. Looking forward to many years of use.

We ordered two and are very pleased. They are heavy, you'll need two people to lift the delivery box unless you have straps. We found that having two people to put the chairs together made it significantly easier. Assembly is not very difficult, tools are included. We found that it's best to leave the screws loose and tighten it all up at the end. Plan to work on a comfortable floor surface, you'll be down on your knees a bit.The recline is an easy push back/pull forward motion using your hands on the arm rests. Reclined back makes for excellent reading or napping! Sitting upright is very comfortable, too. The cushions are substantial and the chair feels solid when you sit or recline.Kozyard did a great job handling 2 issues. We received the wrong color cushion but they had another delivered within days telling us to keep the extra. There was one screw on which the coating had filled in the hole for the wrench, they quickly sent us a few extra screws. Even though these 2 issues caused some delay in setting up our deck Kozyard made it right with no hassle for us and to me that keeps them in the 5 star category, things happen but if you fix the issue all is well.

Chair was exactly what we expected.Purchased for my elderly mother. Seating is very deep (front to back). This is fine if you're 5'10" or taller but for my 5' tall mother she has to scooch back after sitting down. Just something to keep in mind.Color varied from pictured but one can't expect exact color matching given the variations is cameras and monitors.Assembly was very straightforward. Items were labeled and instructions were clear.One caveat, the rear bar was too long by 1/4" (~6mm). This is due to the nut inserts sticking out past the frame. The only problem this created was that when you follow the instructions and put the chair sides on first the rear bar will not fit between them. I had to loosen the sides to gain the 1/4" needed, installed the rear bar, and then tightened the sides back up.I'm an experienced mechanic and I should have known better that tightening the screws until everything was assembled. :-( HTHRegarding the seller...Item arrived within target date. However, I contacted the seller on 2/15 about why the label was created on 4:00PM on 2/9 but item had not been picked up, I got a response that UPS was experiencing delays. Really? I can understand delays in UPS shipping due to weather but not picking up the item until 2/16 at 5:31pm (a full 7 days)? I checked the weather at this suburb of Edison NJ and this was before the storm. The UPS shipping center looks to be 5 miles from the Amazon Warehouse. I'm an experienced ebay seller and know this trick. To meet shipping commitments you print the label but don't schedule a pickup. Amazon thinks you've fulfilled but item isn't really available.

Bought two of these burgundy recliners for our lanai. They arrived promptly with good quality packing, not one scratch on them. I put the first one together on my own, being a small built 75yr old female this was not exactly easy. These recliners weigh around 60lbs, but with the help of the packing materials I managed to hold parts level enough to screw together. The next day my husband was home and together we had the second chair assembled very quickly.These chairs are very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Neighbors saw them, tried them out and now have two of their own in blue! We are now spending more time outside and my husband even takes his afternoon nap in his. He now spends so much time on his that another neighbor says I need an ejector seat to get him moving.We look forward to enjoying these chairs for several years.

a spring was off, which had to be reattached using a special tool that my husband happened to have. The instructions are not clear, they are not even in the correct order in the booklet and a lot of misspellings. very frustrating. the seller took their time to actually ship the item. made the label and did not ship it until I questioned amazon as to where item was a couple weeks later. After all is said and done, got it together, so far is a comfortable chair.
