Love this belt. All around heat, no cold spots. I normally wear when relaxing and it works great... I decided to wear during a run and it was even more intense. Takes a little to warm up, but it also is based on your body temp. It is not a sweat belt, you will not sweat. You can wear under your regular clothes, running errands. Not bulky. This belt has helped keep my waistline in place during Quarantine 2020. Great belt.

I commented that this product doesn't up at beginning and gave 1 star, I was completely wrong about that. This product works completely different than the description by the seller. If you wear this product, it doesn't heat up but when you work out , it start to heat up and stores heat at belt area. I work out at planet fitness and it starting to heat once I started working out plus when I use massage chair and hydromassage, it heats up and transfers all heat at belt area. So product does work. It requires kinectic energy of the body to heat up and make it work. Seller need to fix their product description.

This thing is a beast when it comes to thermalgenics! Fits comfortably and stays put. Just wearing it during daily activities makes a big impact for body heat. When wearing it during a workout or intense active it heats up big time. It took a little getting used to when it got really hot. Not sure how it does get so hot but I believe I could heat a meal in it while I worked out! Lol.

I like that it was extra large but it felt like a weight belt and lacked elasticity. I will stick to the Gold Gym elastic waist trimmers.

The product does what it's advertised to do. The first couple times I wore the belt it took around 10 minutes for my midsection to get real hot. The heat lasts for upwards of an hour after the belt is taken off. My body has adjusted since wearing it, so now it takes around 20 minutes for the same result. I don't know if this will translate into additional fat loss in the area or not, but the belt absolutely heats the area.The one issue I have is areas without fat. My body stores fat in the lower abs and some in the love handles, so those are the areas I wanted to target with this. The issue is that my lower back has zero fat on it, and because of that, the belt heats that area far faster and more intensely. This results in my lower back being absolutely lit on fire before the areas with fat start getting warm. When I say lit on fire, it's to the point where it hurts like hell. To get around this I put a towel in between my lower back and the belt so it doesn't heat that area. This has worked in keeping my lower back cool and the belt only heating the areas with fat. It works, it's just a slight annoyance that I have to do this each time I wear it.

Works fineInterior is scratchy and uncomfortable to wear on bare skin.I would not order again. I used to have one that was smooth. No reason for this to be so rough except they have sun logos as interior print plastic ink very rough.

I got it because I have a bad back from a car crash seen if the heat helps my back and it do's so yes it heats up good and I am seen a difference in my belly but was fine with my chubs before the wrap I needed help up and my back problems is muscle always told heat heat heat I don't like the heating blankets got to plug them in can't move around so this is good

Your skin gets so red and burny. The only thing I have noticed after few months is that it doesnt burn that much anymore. Dont know why…

It's not a product that does well just sitting. When I bought it, I understood you actually still needed to get up and workout to see max results with it.There are quite a few reviews that are based on people buying, sitting, never working out, but expecting full results. (Ignore those and look for any of the other reviews.)It burns a lot at first but you become used to it after a few uses. People are saying they notice less heat, I still have the heat but I'm just used to it around my core during my workout. (It very well could be less due to products diminishing overtime, however it is still there heating away.)
