SAF Instant Yeast, 1 Pound Pouch (4 Pack)

The only yeast I use, for bulk ferment artisan loaves to classic homemade cinnamon rolls and more. And you can freeze the bags (inside a Ziploc bag) for long term storage if needed.

During Covid, yeast was hard to find. Thank goodness for this product being available, as I have always baked bread and pizza, and I wanted to continue to do so. The yeast is in an airtight foil sealed bag, and the yeast works wonderfully to make my breads rise. I saved a jar from store bought yeast and just empty some of this large bag into it for convenience. Then I keep the rest of the opened bag sealed and stored in my freezer. I should have enough yeast for bread baking for a year with this purchase!

Good stuff. Store it in your freezer in airtight containers. Last for years.

I have not been using this yeast for very long, but what I have used I do like using, it seems to be a good yeast.

Glad i bought the 2 Lb. pack of 4. I've been making my own bread for a while now due to covid. So far way better than the store bought. defiantly a far superior product.. cant beat the smell of the proofing, baking and taste!I also seem to use about the same amount if not a little less than the store bought for comparable usage.

I had trouble finding the regular yeast I use for my son's gluten free vegan bread recipe. Was anxious how the new yeast would pan out. Surprisingly it worked really well. Can't imagine having to store 4 packs of yeast but oh well,, I'm glad I'm not stressing over where to find the next bottle of yeast just yet.

Saf Instant yeast is the best yeast out there. I have been using this product for years. I do a great deal of bread making and it has never failed. I highly recommend this product to anyone who does a lot of baking with yeast.

Bought for our bread group for community loaves. Good through the end of 2021, it will be gone long before then. Shipped super fast. Will buy again in a month when we need more.
