The old one was made of plastic and over time it become warped an leaked. These ones are made of aluminum and have a gasket, They are a lot better than the old ones and worth the money I paid for both of them.

I bought this for a Husqvarna YTH 24K48 with a Kolher SV725 engine. The cover they sent fit, but the hole was one the bottom.I ended up using JB weld to hold the grommet in place, then filled the grommet with more JB weld, used a small bit of duct tape to cover the hole until the weld material dried. Then I drilled a new hole on the opposite side. Luckily my old breather hose was in good shape and could be reused since the kit didn’t come w/ a new one.Time will tell if this will work. I looked around and it appears that all of these composite covers have the hole in the wrong place. Not sure why that is.
