One of the first things I needed for my new Jeep was a phone mount. This one was easy to install, it clips securely between the two center vents (not blocking them like kind that clip on the vent fins). It fit perfectly and doesn't stand out too much. It suspends your phone right in the center above the U-Nav display without blocking the display at all, except if you connect the USB cord it falls right in front of the display. It's a good position for line-of sight while driving, and thanks to the ball-joint you can angle the phone toward the driver (or passenger).I dropped one star because I'm not a fan of the actual phone-holder part of the kit. It works with my phone, but my Pixel 3 w/ Google MyCase only barely fits. If you have a thicker phone case, it may not work for you. Also, the side-clamps fall right on my phone's volume buttons, which is less than ideal. Luckily, the ball-socket that attaches it to the mounting clip is fairly universal to these phone-mount accessories. So you can replace it with pretty much any other phone holder that uses a similar ball-socket attachment mechanism. (I used the magnetic mount I pulled out of my old car.)

This product was very easy to install and very simple to use. My issue is with the product itself. First off, the product came in a small box with all the pieces scattered around. I am unsure if I received a returned product or not. Anyway I installed the product and it worked fine, but the material felt very cheap. Compared to other phone mounts this one seemed very low quality. I returned and got a standard vent phone mount which works perfectly. A pro about this product is that it is meant for a Jeep renegade which is the reason I purchased. It fits in a perfect spot. I just which it had better quality.

Custom designed for the Renegade, it's the Perfect phone mount. It holds your phone up high so you're not looking down, doesn't obstruct your view. The window of the Renegade is simply too far forward for glass mount phone holders, and I hate the tray ones that stick on top of the air vent assembly. This is simply the best and safest mount for a Rene. Much of the assembly is metal and very durable, it's easy to hook the cord in the bottom. It's easy to install and doesn't damage. Great design.

Product was rest to install and held my LG G6 perfectly vertically and when turned horizontally, but would not hold my new S20 in the horizontal position. The arms that hold the phone in place rely on the weight of the phone to push them against the phone. In the horizontal position my S20 was too top heavy and would not hold. That would have been fine and still usable, but in only a month and a half the plastic clips that hold the bracket to the vents broke from normal use. I would not recommend this product as there is no way to fix it. For the price, a metal bracket and clips sound have been used. Not cheap plastic.

This works great and was easy to clip on. I only gave 4 stars because although it fits different size phones, I have to remove the cases because this has a very slim holder. I have a very thin phone case but that little extra thickness is too much for it to grab onto. Otherwise it works great.

My husband is a picky technology gadgets and He loved it! He has not complains about this holder and he says it is so far the best holder ever. It was a gift because he was always complaining about his old one

I wasn’t certain at first that it was going to clip on, but after fiddling with it for a few minutes and trying different positions it finally clicked in and seems to be secure and stable.Best phone holder I’ve had to date. Holds phone more securely than others, even with the thick protective case I keep it in.

Put in my 2016 Renegade Limited & it lasted less than 2wks. I missed the return window . Made from cheap plastic & the clips just broke off. I wouldn't recommend. I have an iPhone 11 Plus.
