Superb network security appliances
I use these Qotom devices to build custom Untangle routers. They are outstanding devices and perform extremely well. Couldn't really ask for more!

Outdated hardware
probably ok to run pfSense for small offices, this little firewall has good CPU too. But other hardware is outdated and they won't be detected by newest systems (ESXi, unRaid, etc...) I bought it to run some VMs there are issues with old hardware.
