The set came beautifully packaged containing everything you need to get started. Three small white sage bundles to use on a shell plate, a wooden stand, sand and feather presumably for wafting.The sage was lit over a candle for a few seconds before left to rest in the shell dish. The smell was lovely and calming.The sage doesn't stay lit, burn down or smoke for long, maybe a minute or two so plenty of uses per stick.'Recommend' to relieve your home of negative energy or spirits. We just bought it as we liked the set and the smell.I'd recommend it as a gift, honestly it's a bit pricey for what you get, but it's a really nice set.
