Delicious. I would not believe that these are so delicious had I not tried them. So many bars that are healthy have no flavor . Not these. My favorite is the blueberry.

Watch out for the peanut ingredients in several of the flavors if you're sensitive to them.

I love these bars. I'm new to low fodmap and previously my go to bar was KIND sea salt and caramel and I was really bummed when I saw the ingredients and realized I had to stop eating them on a low fodmap diet. SO I tried these and I LOVED them. I recently ordered 6 through Amazon but shipped by the company that makes them. Fed Ex misdelivered my package and it was never located. The shipper (FODY) gave me a full refund and then sent me 6 bars at no charge to make up for not having them for a couple of weeks. There's more to the story but suffice it to say the communication and the concern and the resolution was beyond to notch. I HIGHLY recommend this company and all of the products I've tried have been sooo good (I've tried the ketchup, the balsamic dressing, the mild and medium salsas, the spaghetti sauces and 3 of the 4 protein bars.) SOOOO good. I appreciate this company and their products have made my maiden voyage into the low fodmap journey much easier to navigate!

These are the snack bars I’ve been looking for forever. Probably the tastiest snack bar out there, period. And low FODMAP means they don’t upset my digestion! I’ll be ordering these for as long as they keep making them

These are very tasty. I thought they would have more of a chocolatey taste than they do, but I still get the sense that I am eating a candy bar. They are chewy - I include this for those who have asked. I have problems with TMJ and when that's flaring there is no way I could eat these.The first time I ate one, I was gassy. The second time, I was fine. I'm guessing this has to do with the variability of the number of nuts in each bar. If I know I'll need to be in 'polite company' or if I'm at work, I'll only eat half of one.These are pricey. I know they have good ingredients, but I do get the sense of being rooked a bit because they are 'FODMAP friendly'. That said, I'll continue to buy them because they are delicious; there is little available; these keep and are portable; they don't contain personal allergens; and I don't always want to bake.

Glad I found this product. Was looking for something I could eat and not worry about bad ingredients. However I dont like that the peanut butter flavor has 200 calories and only 6 grams if sugar, wish it was higher protein and lower calories It arrived on time, however the box was slightly open. This could have happen during shipment as the box has a perforated opening that can easily push open if grouped with other packages. I did find the product at my local grocery store 10 bucks cheaper do will be buying there now but if they ever run out I know where I can buy online

I love these so much that I have to force myself to not eat one every single day (nutritional diversity and all that). They don't irritate my IBS / SIBO, they're the perfect snack or breakfast on the go, and they taste really good. Perfect amount of crunch and chewiness.I only wish it had more protein, but not a big deal. I am still going to buy these by the box.

I like the fact that this product is certified low fodmap. However, you can see from the photo that it does NOT contain 8g protein.

This tasty snack bar contains almonds and coconut and is lactose free and gluten free. As I have IBS and lactose issues, I was delighted to find this snack bar that I can tolerate. Everything that I have tried with the Fody brand has been well tolerated. I will definitely order a box of 15 bars again. Flavourful and good value for the price.

I tried these for the first time and I think they are delicious! It is a bit pricey on "Amazon" but if you enjoy your granola bars to be light and chewy with some texture, then I would highly recommend these :)

These bars will most likely give you a nice jawline from all the chewing you do with each piece you bite off. Very thick chew.Taste is nice
