Received timely installation service from Shyamji Service Centre, technician name- Arjun, service call no 255730. Product is good quality, well-designed, beautiful, with guideline for standardised installation. Privacy lock provides additional feature.Note: this lock does not cause accidental lockout.

Overall ok lock set
This lock set is pretty good and is reasonable value for money and easy to install. I used it to replace a broken Boss brand lock that was useless. The main problem I had was with the decorative screws used to attach the lock to the door. I broke 2 of them with a small scree driver. The steel is of super soft type. The test of the screws were fine. It works well and is nicely finished. I hope it lasts

Only one key works. Poor
Received this lock with 4 keys which seemed fine. However realised after installation that only 1 key works and the other 3 keys dont work as they have a different number. Not sure how such a mistake can be done while packing the item. Now we are stuck with just 1 key. Couldnt return the product as the lock has already been installed and just missed the return deadline. Disappointing.
