As someone who is big on fruit and veg but also very busy and sometimes relies on less healthy quick-fix meals and snacks I love the option these give to top up all the goodness from fruit and veg when you've had a day that's seen you skimp or miss out altogether on your five-a-day and beyond. There's a really nice full mix here with a mix of very halthy vegetables (carrots, spinach and beetroot), berries/fruit (bilberry and lemon), greens (barley grass, kelp, wheatgrass, spirulina and alfaifa) and then green tea leaf, turmeric and dandelion root for an extra kick! A really great mix and easy to add a couple on those off days to feel less guilty about shunning your fruit and veg. You can take quite a few of these a day but if you stuck at 1 a day these would last around 3 months and a couple of weeks, so pretty good value too.
