Best way to get daily dose of turmeric and other spices.
This is the best way to get turmeric every day. I pack black pepper and turmeric into these capsules and take one per day. They work great if you don't mind the inconvenience of loading them. They also go down quite well considering their size.

Doesnt have any taste, locking all the ingredients. Quality is good, and no smell.

Easy to fill and a bit hard to swallow due to size but not impossible if you have a lot of water.
I use these for creatine because I don't like the texture of it in my water and it works perfectly and I just make sure to drink lots of water after. Capsules were super easy to fill I just bought a little mini scooper for like $6 on etsy and it all worked out.

I bought this in size 000 (largest) for some badly tasting powder - supplement. One of these pill case holds about a quarter of teaspoon. Almost exactly. Very easy to fill and put together. Holds well. Highly recommended.

Works great for child who can’t swallow certain types of medication.
My son can only swallow capsules and not tablets. So I got these to put any tablets inside and he can swallow these capsules just fine. The bigger size holds most any type of tablet he’d need to take. I appreciate that they’re vegan as well.
