I can finally workout again!
These lifting hooks are very well constructed and heavy duty. The neoprene padding for the wrist makes these hooks very comfortable also. I am a USMC Veteran and suffer from Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy which effects all extremities. I have lost the ability to use my hands completely. If not for these hooks I would no longer be able to workout. I have diabetes so working out is needed to keep myself healthy. If I could I would give these lifting hooks more than 5 stars. This product has given me the ability to go back to the gym. Buy this product you will be glad you did!

Great product for those who want to lift heavy!
These lifting hooks are good. Really good. I lift heavy. And these make a difference when I’m doing shrugs at 500 pounds and or deadlifts at 450-500. They’re is a definite improvement in how many reps can be done, and it removes the grip as the first failure point. These are infinitely superior to straps and other hooks that I’ve tried. I would trust these hooks to be used by those I love. Buy them, don’t look back.

Good quality product; awkward to use (for me)

Nice fit, but not made to handle heavy weight
Product fit well and held well up to 450# when the hook failed and the stitching began to rip.

No More Grip Fatigue – Focus on Your Muscles!
I used to waste too much grip strength and get fatigued during my workouts, but thanks to these hooks, I can now properly target the muscles I want to train. I'm very satisfied! They allow me to lift more efficiently without relying on my grip, making my workouts much more effective.

Little short and didn’t last 3 months
Looks good, , but the wrap part around the wrist is short kind of makes it a little cheap (I wish they were more generous about …) and didn’t last three months the hooks are cutting the straps and eventually came out … straps are not strong enough to hold the hooks

Bulky, and uncomfortable.
The functionality for this is to assist with wrist and grip fatigue, and they do to some degree. However they are not comfortable, and the metal piece that is supposed to help with grip is too wide for my hands, and uncomfortable. I would rather have something a bit softer for the hands and flexible when gripping. I didn’t like them, so I would not recommend them.

Very Heavy Duty
I am not a heavy lifter but I broke 2 bones in my right hand. This allowed me to do some exercises, like Farmers Carry, while my hand heals. I'm sure it would work great for heavy lifters.
