Very pleased with this protector, very soft and silent and because it is silky (my husband who has Parkinsons) finds this easy to move on. It washed well but when spun dry (at 1000) was still very wet and even after tumble drying was very damp. Haven't had a waterproof protector before so maybe this is an inherent problem especially as bamboo is a natural fibre. If you needed to launder on a regular basis this would be a problem.

Well fitting soft material and you wouldn't know it was on. Definately recommended

I am over the moon with this protector, I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews.I can't speak to how waterproof this sheet is, as I haven't yet spilled anything on it. We bought a new mattress back in September 2021 and given how expensive they are I wanted to ensure it stayed in tip top shape! However, I was dubious about getting this topper as a number of people said it was noisy and stiff. Given amazon's amazing return policy I decided to get it anyway.This topper is super soft, super flexible and not at all noisy. Obviously, it is stiffer and noisier than a normal cotton fitted sheet, but that's simply because it has a waterproof backing. The upper material is really soft. And moving around on the bed in the night is not a problem. We get an excellent night's sleep and we are never woken up by noise.We have been using it for about 4 months now and there's no damage, rips, etc. It still looks brand new. Couldn't recommend this enough. My only nit pick, if I had to give one, would be that it isn't particularly fitted. I feel the elastic isn't the tighted and so the sheet doesn't fit very snug. However, it does fit around the mattress and stays relatively in place.

Both my children's mattresses have bamboo protectors on them; they are by far softest and least sweaty whilst remaining waterproof against spills and leaks. Be aware that they will take longer to dry when you wash them but it is absolutely worth it for the softness you'll sleep on and the lack of rustle from the cover!

I was hopeful that this would do what I needed especially with the statement of 'the surface will always stay cool' - which I read to mean you wouldn't get hot and sweaty because of it being waterproof. Seeing as I tried this in April and ended up with damp bedding during the night I decided it was unlikely to do the trick in the summer.It is quiet and comfortable, and easy to fit, but I found myself waking up during the night feeling hot and the bedding feeling damp - not something I normally have a problem. I took the mattress protector off last night to see if I would have the same problem - and I didn't have any damp/sweaty sheets.Our mattress and bedding are all natural products to help with this as we found synthetic/miracle foam type bedding which we discovered made my husband more sweaty in bed. As the mattress topped was bamboo I had hoped that would help.Luckily this product comes with a 30 day free trial - as it will definitely be going back.
