no more burnt bottoms!
I tried everything else to keep my sourdough from getting too crunchy on the bottom. these completely solved my problem!! perfect sourdough bottoms every time thanks to better heat distribution!easy to clean- they go right into the dishwasher at my house. make sure to measure the bottom of your pan before ordering! could also be used as a cooling rack.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I use these for cooking or warming up chicken in the oven. I also use them for seasoning cast iron skillets. I put them on a foil lined cookie sheet or pizza pan, depending on what I am doing. They are not the greatest quality but work for what I use them for. At the price they are hard to beat.
