Bit spendy, but worth the price for quality and a comfortable ergonomic delivery
Even though this chair has been around a while its still 'Top Tier' and an example of you get what you pay for. I've been through quite a number of chairs ranging $100 to $600 and this Aeron is an exceptional item.I took quite a while to justifying to myself the expense for this chair followed by additional time choosing between the non-adjustable and highly-adjustable versions and ended up with the highly adjustable version. I'm not regretting this as I've found that the extra ability to tweek the adjustments over a standard setup has only added to my enjoyment of the chair.I found the mesh seat and special curvature of the seat have drastically helped when seated for long periods of time. The heat buildup of leather or other non-vented chairs become uncomfortable over time. As well the pressure normal chairs introduce to the muscles and tendons on the back of your legs.Thus far no regrets and is personally a highly recommended item.

Herman Miller Needs to Have Better Quality Control
Chair arrived properly shipped, but right armrest was extremely unstable: it is supposed to be adjustable with some effort like the left one, but something appeared wrong with the right one which would not allow me to rest my arm on it without the rest moving. There was no right arm support. Perhaps, a defective chair. However, I think that when you spend this amount of money for a chair, it should have been more carefully inspected before it left the factory. Sorry, but I expected excellence from Herman Miller and did not get it.Yes, I returned it, but it was a hassle taking it apart and reboxing it. Really was a bad experience.

Aeron Chair
Very expensive, but considering how many hours a day I sit it in the chair, it's a reasonable investment. Very comfortable and considering I have had back issues, it makes me feel secure to know I have a good chair.

A great chair
I love this chair. It's super comfortable and really supports good posture. I got this for my home office and now when I go into the work office I miss my home chair.
