It is very difficult to get Vitamin D levels into a healthy range when it is freezing outside and you spend half the year indoors. Mine was terribly low for a long time (below 29), and I knew that was not ideal with all of the viruses and colds I was encountering. Well, it has been more than 300 days since my first purchase (I know that because there are 300 servings per package!! Told you it was inexpensive:-)) I felt great this past cold and flu season (even when family members were under the weather). I was a little bit concerned about the dosage being high, but no need for that. When I had my labs re-tested, my Vitamin D level was at 65. Many doctors say that it should be above 50 for immune health, and I can say that this N of 1 experiment proved that to be true. One of my best friends was constantly sick, and I told her about this product. She started taking it in November, and this was her best winter in years from a health standpoint. These are my favorite D3's because they're in coconut oil. There's no odd smell. They're small/easy to swallow, and living in Alaska, my husband and I need 10K i.u.'s a day so the dosage is right. We believe that our health is better when we're getting plenty of D3 to balance out the lack of sunlight exposure (particularly in the winter months). I've purchased this item from this company several times and I've never been disappointed with the product.

I take a lot of supplements so always hard to know if they are really helping - but these were by far the best deal and had the same ingredients as other similar. I like the small pills, easy to take!

Nice small size and the gel makes it very easy to swallow. With recommendations to take D3 with a K2 ingredient definitely a good thing to add to my daily routine for immune system support. Color is pale yellow and makes it easier to find when I drop them.
