Delicious Peppers
These are delicious and well worth the price. I bought five jars. Wife and I love them. Not really hot, more sweet. Must buy if you like peppers.

Very pleased
I usually like to make roasted peppers myself, but I thought I would give these a try as a comparison. They arrived packed well with many air pillows in the box and the box was in great condition. The cans themselves were slightly dented in a few places but nothing terrible. The lids are the peel off kind so you don't have to use a can opener. Regarding taste and texture, I thought they were very good, not quite as good as homemade but very good, especially for a canned food product. There was slight charring on the peppers, in case you care. In the can I tried, there were maybe about 3-5 seeds. They also appear to be quite a good value as there are about 7-8 medium peppers in each can, I would say. Pleased with the purchase.

peppers are excellent, but the cans get dented in shipping
I like the taste of the peppers. They come in nicely diced in about 3/8 inch size, and not too much water. I took about 1/4-1/2 cup and rinsed off the citrus acid first, then used them in various pasta recipes in place of an expensive real home grown red pepper. My first order of 4 pack came in with three badly dented. I didn't worry about the dents cause I was using them within a month. My second order didn't make it all all-it said "undeliverable." I got my refund, of course, but I'll never order them again. The cans are noticeably thinner than other 28oz cans I get, so easy to dent in shipping. They are tasty and fire roasted and save you time and money dicing up a pepper, but you take a chance of getting dented cans or not getting the box at all.

Go-to ingredient for soups, stews, and chilis
This is a good product - which I say up front because I cannot say that about all Roland products, even some that may appear similar to this one, but I have found to be disappointing. The peppers are diced at a decent size, neither large nor tiny. On cooking in a stew or chili, they do not "disappear" (unless you cook yours hard and long), and neither do they stand out. The liquid component is watery and strains away easily if you don't want that in your dish. This is unlike some other Roland pepper products that are packed in oil - blech. The fire-roasted flavor is a great element - it comes through in the dish, but is not strong and there is no "burnt" flavor. The 28oz can is a convenience, too - I almost always use one whole 28oz can in any batch I'm making so it works out well. This specific product is a standard in my pantry.

Great Quality Red Peppers from Roland!
After seeing the high price for red peppers in the local grocery store, I decided to look online and took a chance with the Roland brand of roasted red peppers, which are a great value for the money. They arrived very quickly and I immediately became a fan and don't want to buy any others. You can open the can and transfer the contents to refrigerator friendly containers and use the peppers as needed. They keep well in the frig. Great taste and quality - highly recommend.

Great amount for the price
Store the rest frozen if your like me and it's too much. Great for recipes, way better than the glass jars that are so overpriced. Would buy again hands down!
