surprisingly sturdy and effective
I wondered if something this cheap would work as well as the profesional ones I once had, but they filled the bill, easily cleaning lots of windows.Handle could have been a few inches longer for the tal windows to not have to stand on something, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Works great as long as you do not have very tall windows, then you will need a ladder. Worked fine for my purposes and make the cleaning go much faster.

You get what you pay for.
The product is very cheap for good reason, it is cheap and poor quality. The arm (which is the most important part) broke immediately. I substituted my swifter pole which was 100%stronger. Good thing it fit! You get what you pay for.

Not too shabby
It's a decent product for $16. I just needed something simple to quickly clean my sliding glass door that my Akita jumps all over and marks up with his slobber! It cleans fairly well and is easy to use, but I can see how some people complain about the squeegee part of it as you do have to be careful with it and make sure the rubber part only touches the window and doesn't scratch your glass.

Try a different one.
No professional would use this. Hard to adjust handle length...mostly just separates. Squeegee is not stiff enough.
