Excellent, Safe, and Easy-to-Use CPAP disinfectant
I've been using the CleanSmart CPAP Disinfectant Spray regularly and it has exceeded my expectations. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my CPAP equipment is being disinfected without the use of harsh chemicals or irritating scents. One of the things I appreciate most is how quick and convenient it is to use. Just a few sprays on my mask, hose, and reservoir, a quick air dry, and it's ready to go. There’s no need to rinse, and it doesn’t leave any residue or smell behind. The fact that it kills 99.9% of germs using hypochlorous acid—a safe, hospital-grade disinfectant—is a huge plus. I haven’t had any issues with irritation or upper respiratory discomfort since incorporating it into my cleaning routine. If you're looking for a safe, effective, and hassle-free way to disinfect your CPAP equipment, this is definitely a product I’d recommend. It’s now part of my daily routine.

Works well
Great to use as a post wash sanitizer for my CPAP Luna G3 machine. I break down all of the parts weekly for a soapy wash and then sanitize with this spray and allow it all to air dry. It works very well with no harsh chemical smells.

This stuff is amazing!
This stuff is amazing. I was trying to clean my CPAP with isopropyl alcohol, sanitary wipes, anti-bacterial soap, etc. but I ended up getting both bronchitis and the stomach flu! I switched to this and - NO MORE problems. No morning nausea, no infections, nothing. Oh, and while they say it's external - I spritz a little bit every other day into the distilled water in the intake tray. No germs, no viruses. Amazing!

Wish I'd known of this before buying Sleep 8 machine!
I've been using this product for a couple of months every day - it is all the good things the reviews are saying! I had been using a Sleep 8 ozone cleaning bag with little machine for a few years. Bags are expensive, must change every 3 months, and there was always a weird smell and some residue left behind, never felt (or smelled) really clean. If CleanSmart cpap cleaner was around then, I didn't know about it! I thought I had the latest greatest cleaning system. Wrong. You can't get any easier than spraying your equipment and walking away! For first use, I cleaned everything with hot soapy water, shake dried, then sprayed and left to air dry. When putting it all back together, I noticed there was no smell to speak of, except just the smell of clean, sanitized equipment. I I looked up the main ingredient, Hydrochlorous Acid, and the Cleveland Clinic stated that it is used as an antifungal and antimicrobial disinfectant on wounds and skin conditions! So it's safe (just don't inhale it or get in eyes, common sense). Now, for using on tubing, here is how I do it - hold both ends in one hand, then spray four sprays into each end. Still holding both ends together, shake tubing around and back and forth. I finish with a few horizontal twirls around, holding the ends in one hand and the middle in the other, and twirl, to ensure good coverage. You can hold it up to the light and see little droplets all along the length of the tubing. As for unlocking the sprayer, I don't understand the problem people are having. I just barely turned the plastic "ring", or "collar", that is on the stem just under the sprayer, and it unlocked, no brute force needed. Wonderful product that saves so much hassle and time, and you know every little crevice is sanitized. I clean everything once a month with hot soapy water, and use the spray every day. I still have about half of the first bottle left. Hope this helped you! God bless you! <><

Spray Head Sucks
While I like this disinfectant a lot, the spray head sucks! I've bought these about 5 times and 2 of the spray heads stopped working not even mid way through. It needs a serious re-design...or better quality control. Going to try another brand as this also has gotten way too expensive, especially for a defective product. Hope they fix this issue as I can't be the only one experiencing this.
