Overall great product that is exactly as described! I don’t typically use Head and Shoulders but this product is nothing like the dandruff removing Shampoo/Conditioner that I think of when I head H&S. The argan oil is the perfect combination of making my hair feel soft/healthy and look like when I hit the sweet spot 2 days after normal conditioning (a little shiny/wavy but not greasy). At the same time my hair comes out of the shore moisturized and rejuvenated as if I hadn’t just taken a long hot (usually dehydrating after) shower.The one section I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was for scent since there isn’t a real strong freshly washed/condition smell but that is usually ideal for me tbh. It does smell very good just doesn’t give a strong scent which may be what some people want.Overall tho, still I give this product just a hair [ ;) ]below 5 stars and I WILL be buying again!

Works good too expensive

I've struggled for years with dandruff, and I've had a hard time finding one that would help that didn't cost a lot of money. Due to the current global situation, I didn't want to drop 30 bucks for my normal stuff and decided I would poke around online. After doing my research, I found the H&S Royal Oils that was supposed to work for black hair and was designed by black scientists. Intrigued, I bought it...And wow, it's everything I wanted it to be for half the price! It smells amazing, lathers awesomely, and keeps my hair fully moisturized and super soft. I use the shampoo/conditioner twice a week, and then I use the Daily Moisture Scalp Cream twice a week as well, and in the weeks that I've been using this I've legitimately not had a single flake of dandruff when I've combed or scratched my head.Very happy with my purchase, and this is now my new hair care regimen.

So far from just one use my hair feels a lot better and my dandruff is not as bad. I appreciate the thicker consistency of the conditioner too. I don’t have coily or curly hair but it works great for me after one use. Will probably buy this again when I run out.

I bought this for myself and my teenage son. I have struggled with my scalp since using Wen. I had this gross build up which created dandruff like I have never had. My scalp itched like crazy and never was clean. I tried everything, I mean everything and I did find something I liked and seemed to work for but was expensive and contain silicone which weighed my hair down. I was looking for something cheaper and came across this. Now for my teenage son, he was experiencing terrible dandruff and again, I had given him everything to try and nothing was working, including other head and shoulders products till now!Wow, we love this stuff. My scalp is healing after just one use. My son's dandruff is gone. Our hair is super soft, he actually can't stop touching his hair and saying it's so soft. I do the same. We have a lot of hair and it definitely feels and looks thicker and healthier. The coconut smell is not too strong, very pleasant.Head and Shoulders don't ever stop making this please!!!!

These are a God send. I suffer from severe dermatitis on my scalp. I couldn’t figure out why my scalp would just itch for no reason. I’ve tried every moisturizer, oil, cream and it didn’t work. Then I started to notice really large white patches and flakes on my scalp. I would be good after I washed my scalp for a day or so, but the itch came back. I was using different shampoos and they didn’t make a difference. I tried regular head & shoulders and it made my hair dry and crunchy. I did some research and came across this formula. My scalp barely itches after using this and no flakes. This stuff smells amazing. My hair was coming out by the handfuls and I couldn’t figure it out. I tried vitamins, ACV washes and nothing helped. After using this twice, my hair is sooooo much healthier and doesn’t come out as much as it did. I realized the dermatitis was causing this and this shampoo/ conditioner helped relieved symptoms.

At this point I've given up on shampoos and conditioners.I have combination hair type due to being mixed race so I have a little bit of every texture in my hair. Top of my head being 3B and the crown being more 3C while the nape is 2C. I sleep on a satin pillowcase every night and i like to keep a low maintenance hair routine. I wash my hair every 3-4 days as my scalp gets really itchy due to grease (maybe?) while the remainder of my hair is crispy and dry. Its especially worse close to winter! I usually am scratching furiously by day 3 and have to shower to alleviate the itch. I've used other head and shoulders in the past because they can be more "heavy" on the hair compared to other store brands in the same price range. This version works great for me as it soothes my scalp longer so i can go without washing my hair for an extra day or two if I want. It fits right into my basic routine (aunt jackies cream and Paul Mitchell anti frizz serum).

Initially I really liked the results of this for my daughter. The smell is nice and I love how creamy it is. It also lathers really well. Now, this will be an ongoing review. I noticed last night after I washed my daughter's hair with this she had a significant amount of hair loss. She has very thick and beautiful hair and she never losses that much. No matter if it's been washed after one day or 4. I am alarmed by this. If she ends up losing more chunks, and I will call them chunks because there was A LOT I will be asking for a refund and returning the product. She has been using the regular head and shoulders with no problems before this one so I figured it would be okay but now I'm not so sure.Update: So I actually gave this shampoo Another 3 tries and every time my daughter was losing a stupid amount of hair. Will not buy this again and I don't recommend it to others. At all. My daughter is 7, she should not be losing that much hair and hadn't been any other time before using this shampoo. If we use something different she doesn't lose her hair. Don't use this product.
